Withdrawal form
If you paid for a Boost and change your mind, you have 14 days to withdraw. Here is how to do it and the model form you can use.
In short
If you pay for a Boost and change your mind, you can withdraw within 14 calendar days of the payment, without giving reasons.
The Boost starts as soon as you pay, because that is what you ask for when contracting it. That is why we refund you the part proportional to the time that remained to be provided; once the Boost has been completed, you can no longer withdraw.
To withdraw, you just have to tell us: through the contact form, by email or by post. You can use the model form below, but it is not compulsory.
This right is for whoever contracts a Boost from Causfy. Contributions to a cause are not a contract with Causfy: the money goes directly to whoever receives it, and Causfy cannot refund it.
Your right to withdraw
1.1. Who. Anyone who, as a consumer, has contracted a Boost or another paid service from Causfy.
1.2. Period. 14 calendar days from the day of payment. It is enough to send your communication before the period ends.
1.3. What we refund. Since when paying you ask for the Boost to start immediately, we refund you the part proportional to the time that remained to be provided when you withdraw. If the Boost had already been completed, the right is exhausted and there is no refund. Section 6.3 of the Terms of Use explains it.
1.4. How and when. The refund goes through the same means of payment, within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive your communication. If you paid with cryptocurrencies, we refund you, to the same wallet and in the stablecoin in which your payment was settled, the euro equivalent of the part that remained to be provided; the network fees of the refund are borne by Causfy.
How to send it
2.1. Through the contact form on causfy.com, indicating the payment (date and amount) and that you wish to withdraw. It is the quickest way.
2.2. By email or by post, to the addresses given in the model.
2.3. You can use the model below, which is the one set by law, or write it in your own words. What matters is that it is clear that you are withdrawing and from which payment. We will confirm receipt by email.
