Scope
Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
1.1. The Platform includes features assisted by artificial intelligence intended to help the User draft the content of their Cause.
1.2. These features operate on the instructions the User themselves enters and return a result the User decides to use or discard.
1.3. Their use is voluntary and is not necessary in order to create or manage a Cause.
Nature of the output
2.1. The output of these features is offered as assistance and is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
2.2. Content obtained in this way may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. It does not constitute legal, tax, medical, financial or any other professional advice.
2.3. The Platform informs the User that the content has been produced using these features.
2.4. The output does not express Causfy’s position and does not bind it to any obligation.
User responsibility
3.1. The User is responsible for the content they enter into these features and for the content they decide to add to their Cause.
3.2. It is for the User to review the output and check its accuracy, lawfulness and suitability before publishing it.
3.3. Content obtained through these features is subject to the Terms and to the Platform Guidelines in the same way as any other User Content. Its origin excuses no breach.
3.4. These features may not be used to impersonate a person or entity, to mislead about facts, people or outcomes, or to circumvent the prohibitions set out in the Terms.
Data
4.1. The features process the content the User enters in order to produce the requested output.
4.2. They are not intended for processing third-party personal data, and the User must refrain from entering it.
4.3. Access credentials, payment details and identity verification documents are not entered into them.
4.4. The content entered is transmitted to the providers delivering these features, who process it on Causfy’s behalf under the contract entered into with each of them. Different providers are used depending on the feature concerned.
4.5. The identity of the providers and of the models used at any given time is given on request. Processing takes place in the European Union, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
4.6. Causfy does not train models of its own with the content entered by Users.
Limits on use
5.1. Neither the Platform nor the output obtained through these features may be used to develop, train or improve artificial intelligence models or systems.
5.2. Automated access to these features, or their use outside the Platform’s interface, is not permitted.
5.3. Their use may be subject to limits per User and per period.
Availability and changes
6.1. Causfy does not guarantee the availability of these features and may modify, limit or withdraw them at any time.
6.2. The providers and systems used may change.
6.3. This Policy may be amended. The date of the last revision appears in the header.
