This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the sites owned by Causfy: causfy.com, causfy.org and causfy.app.

The conditions of use of the service, the processing of personal data, the storage devices placed on the user’s equipment, the content rules and the use of artificial intelligence features are governed by their own documents: Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Platform Guidelines and Artificial Intelligence Policy.

Causfy provides an online intermediation service that allows its users to publish causes and gather support for them.

The Causfy name, its distinctive signs, the software, the design, the structure of the sites and the content produced by Causfy belong to the company or are used with the authorisation of their owner.

Their reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication or commercial use is not authorised without written consent.

Content published by users belongs to those who publish it, on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Causfy does not intervene in advance in the publication of its users’ content beyond the review provided for in the Terms and Conditions, and is not answerable for it.

Once it has actual knowledge that hosted content is unlawful, Causfy will act diligently to remove it or to prevent access to it.

The Causfy sites may contain links to third-party pages, over which Causfy exercises no control and for whose content it is not answerable.

The presence of a link implies no relationship, recommendation or supervision.

Causfy endeavours to keep the sites operational, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions or errors, or the permanent availability of the service.

Causfy may suspend access for technical, maintenance or security reasons.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

The courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction. A user who is a consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile.
