This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Causfy sites: causfy.com, including the causes portal at causfy.com/causas, and causfy.app.

Everything else has its own document: the conditions for signing, boosting or contributing are in the Terms of Use, and those for whoever creates causes, in the Terms for Creators; the processing of data, in the Privacy Policy; what is stored on your device, in the Cookie Policy; the content rules, in the Platform Rules; the artificial intelligence features, in the Artificial Intelligence Policy; and what Causfy does with the data of those who sign a cause, on behalf of whoever creates it, in the Data Processing Agreement.

Causfy provides an online intermediation service that makes it possible to publish causes, gather signatures and contributions for them and give them visibility.

The Causfy trademark, its distinctive signs, the software, the design, the structure of the sites and the content produced by Causfy belong to the company or are used with the authorisation of their owner.

They may not be reproduced, transformed, distributed, publicly communicated or used commercially without written consent.

Content published by users belongs to those who publish it, under the terms of the Terms for Creators.

Causfy does not intervene in what its users publish beyond the review provided for in the Terms for Creators, and is not answerable for it.

If we obtain actual knowledge that hosted content is unlawful, we will act diligently to remove it or disable access to it.

Notices about unlawful content are sent through the contact form, choosing the reason “Report content”, or to this address, which is also Causfy’s single point of contact for the authorities in matters of digital services:

The Causfy sites may link to third-party pages over which Causfy has no control and for whose content it is not answerable.

Linking to a page does not imply any relationship, endorsement or supervision.

We endeavour to keep the sites operational, but we do not guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors, nor the permanent availability of the service.

We may suspend access for technical, maintenance or security reasons.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

The courts and tribunals of Madrid have jurisdiction, with waiver of any other forum. If you are a consumer, the law allows you to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and this clause does not take that away from you.
